| 目的：观察针刺结合中药对强直性脊柱炎（ AS）的临床疗效。方法：将66例患者随机分为两组，治疗组33例用华佗夹脊盘龙刺结合中药治疗，对照组33例用西药治疗，观察患者病情恢复情况。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为81．8％和78．8％，两组比较总有效率无统计意义（P＞00．5）；两组治疗前后各项指标差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：针刺结合中药治疗AS疗效与西药相近，各相关指标均有改善，但不良反应少。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine on treating ankylosing spondylitis （ AS ） .Methods：Treatment group （ 33 cases ） was treated with acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji combined with traditional Chinese medicine , and control group （33 cases） was treated with medi-cine, and their therapeutic effects were compared .Results：The total effective rate was 81.8%in the treatment group and 78 .8%in the control group with no significant difference between the two groups （ P＆gt;0 .05 ）; the clinical targets and the laboratory targets had been improved , which had a statistical significance （ P＆lt;0 .05 ） . Conclusion：Acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine is similar to western medicine for AS .The clinical targets and the laboratory targets have an improvement , but the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has less side effects . |
