| 目的：观察Rood技术联合电针治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效，并探讨其治疗机制。方法：将符合纳入标准的75例患者随机分为电针组、Rood疗法组及联合治疗组，每组25例，电针组采用电针治疗， Rood组采用Rood疗法，联合组采用电针和Rood技术联合治疗，3组患者在治疗3周后分别进行疗效评定，比较3组临床疗效。结果：电针组愈显率为64％，总有效率为92％；Rood组愈显率为56％，总有效率为88％；联合组愈显率为84％，总有效率为96％。联合组愈显率及总有效率均明显优于电针组和Rood组，3组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：Rood技术联合电针治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著。 |

| Obje ctive：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Rood therapy plus electroacupuncture on treating peripheral facial paralysis .Methods：75 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly allocated into electroacupuncture ,Rood and combined groups , 25 cases in each group .The electroacupuncture group was trea-ted by electroacupuncture;the Rood group was treated by Rood therapy and the combined group was treated by Rood therapy plus electroacupuncture , and the therapeutic evaluation was assessed after three weeks of treat-ment, and compare clinical efficacy of three groups .Results：The significant curative rate was 64%and the to-tal efficacy rate was 92%in the electroacupuncture group;the significant curative rate was 56%and the total efficacy rate was 88%in the Rood group;the significant curative rate was 84% and the total efficacy rate was 96% in the combined group .The significant curative rate and the total efficacy rate of the combined group were obviously superior to the electroacupuncture group and Rood group , and there was a statistically significant difference between three groups（ P＆lt;0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Rood therapy plus electroacupuncture has a marked efficacy for peripheral facial paralysis . |
