| 目的：观察梅花针叩刺百会、四神聪治疗急性期脑梗死合并认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将患者随机分为针刺组和西药组，针刺组给予梅花针叩刺百会、四神聪治疗，西药组给予尼莫地平口服。结果：针刺组显效16例，有效27例，无效4例，总有效率为91．49％，西药组显效7例，有效29例，无效12例，总有效率为75％，两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；治疗后，两组MMSE量表评分与治疗前进行组内比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01），两组进行组间比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：梅花针叩刺百会、四神聪治疗急性期脑梗死合并认知功能障碍的临床疗效优于尼莫地平，具有临床应用及推广价值。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of plum -blossom needle of Baihui , Sishencong in the treatment of cerebral infarction combined with cognitive dysfunction at acute period .Methods：The patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medicine group .Acupuncture group was treated with plum -blos-som needle Baihui , Sishencong therapy , and western medicine group was given nimodipine orally .Results：16 cases were cured in acupuncture group , 27 cases were effective , 4 cases were ineffective ,and the total effective rate was 91 .49%;7 cases were cured in western medicine group , 29 cases were effective , 12 cases were inef-fective,and the total effective rate was 75.00%,and the efficiency of two groups had a statistically significant difference （ P＆lt;0 .05 ）;after treatment , MMSE score in the two groups compared with pre -treatment had a sig-nificant difference （P ＆lt;0.01）,and the comparison between two groups had a significant difference （P ＆lt;0.01 ） .Conclusion：The Effect of plum-blossom needle of Baihui , Sishencong in the treatment of cerebral in-farction combined with cognitive dysfunction at acute period is better than nimodipine , which is worth clinical application and promotion . |
