| 目的：观察电针次髎结合关元隔姜灸治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法：60例患者随机分为电针结合隔姜灸治疗组30例，对照组30例，对比观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组进行临床疗效观察，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：电针次髎结合关元隔姜灸是治疗原发性痛经的较好方法。 |

| Objective：To observe the effect of using the electric acupuncture at the bilateral Ciliao acupoint combined with ginger -isolated moxibustion at Guanyuan aupoint on treating primary dysmenorrhea .Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the electric acupuncture combined with ginger -isolated moxibustion group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）, and their therapeutic effects were observed .Results：Compared the effect of the electric acupuncture combined with ginger -isolated moxibustion group to the control group , the former was better than the latter and had less side effect （P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：The electric acupuncture on the bilateral Ciliao acupoint combined with ginger -isolated moxibustion on Guanyuan acupoint on treating pri-mary dysmenorrhea is a good method . |
