| 目的：对近10年有关穴位埋线的文献及书籍进行分析、思考,以期对临床研究提供指导意义。方法：通过分析穴位埋线相关书籍及文献,从作用机制、临床疗效方面进行整理和思考,从中西医机制研究、埋植工具及线体材料、取穴方式及手法操作等切入探讨。结果：穴位埋线在作用机制研究和临床疗效提高方面已取得相应的成果,但仍存在不足之处,需进一步建立穴位埋线的完整治疗体系,实现规范化、标准化、个体化。 |

| Objective: Analysis and thinking on the literature and books about acupoint embedding in the past 10 years,in order to provide guidance for clinical research. Methods: Through the analysis of books and literature related to acupoint embedding, the mechanism and clinical efficacy are collated and considered, and the research on Chinese and Western medicine mechanism, implant tools and line materials, acupoints and manipulations are discussed. Conclusion: Acupoint embedding has achieved corresponding results in the study of mechanism of action and improvement of clinical efficacy. However, there are still some shortcomings. It is necessary to further establish a complete treatment system for acupoint embedding to achieve standardization, standardization and individualization. |
