| 目的：基于神经多卡性探讨脊柱及相关性疾病发病机制及针刀治疗机制；方法：通过对神经双卡综合征及神经多卡综合征概括并总结出神经多卡性,结合现代医学对脊柱及相关性疾病病因及病理的认识,阐释脊柱及相关疾病神经多卡的特点；基于此,试述针刀治疗脊柱及相关性疾病的机制及优势,并举例明之。 |

| Objective: Investigate the pathogenesis of spine and related diseases and the mechanism of acupotomy treatment based on the nerve multiple-crush theory. Methods: By summarizing the nerve multiple-crush theory in the double-crush syndrome and multiple-crush syndrome, combined with modern medicine and The understanding of the etiology and pathology of spine and related diseases,explain the characteristics of spine and related diseases of nerve multiple-crush; based on this, the mechanism and advantages of acupotomy for the treatment of the spine and related diseases are described, and examples are given. |
