| 通过回顾《灵枢.经筋》篇,浅谈杨上善《黄帝内经太素》(以下简称《太素》)“脉引筋气”思想论治经筋病。以古代文献记载为依据,从生理、病理角度阐释经筋与经脉的内在联系,旨在论述经筋与经脉的相关性。分析论证认为“脉引筋气”思想秉承《灵枢》经筋理论,更加强调经脉对经筋的气血渗灌及濡养调节作用,注重经穴与经脉、气血的密切关系,充实了经筋理论的临床应用,对于研究经络、针灸学术思想的发展有着重要的学术价值。 |

| Through reviewing the article Lingshu Jingjin, this paper discusses the treatment of muscle meridian disease by Yang Shangshan"s thought of "meridian induces strength and qi Huang di nei jing tai su.(hereinafter referred to as Taisu). Based on the records of ancient literature, the internal relationship between muscle meridian and meridians is explained from the perspective of physiology and pathology, aiming at the correlation between muscle meridian and meridians. Analyze and argue that the idea of "meridian induces strength and qi muscle meridian on the qi and blood infiltration and maintenance of meridians, paying attention to the close relationship between muscle meridian and meridians and qi and blood, enriching The clinical application of the theory of muscle meridian has important academic value for the study of the development of meridians and acupuncture academic thoughts. |
