| 子宫内膜异位症（Endomertriosis，EMs）是由于子宫内膜腺体及间质细胞生长在子宫体腔以外的部位，主要表现为痛经、盆腔痛、月经不调和不孕等症状，严重影响患者的生存质量。EMs现代治疗主要采用口服激素类药物或者腹腔镜手术，副作用及不良反应相对较多，近年来对于该病中医在外治疗法的应用上有突破性的进展，以本病病机“血瘀”为治疗关键点，本研究归纳整理了近年来针灸疗法治疗EMs的最新、最具有代表性的文献，结果显示中医外治针灸疗法的干预有效提高了该病治疗的有效率和复发率，现综述如下。 |

| Endometriosis (EMs) is caused by endometrial glands and interstitial cells growing outside the body cavity of the uterus. It is mainly characterized by dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, irregular menstruation and infertility. The quality of life of the patient. Modern treatment of EMs mainly adopts oral hormonal drugs or laparoscopic surgery, and there are relatively many side effects and adverse reactions. In recent years, there has been a breakthrough in the application of TCM treatments for this disease. The pathogenesis of this disease is bloody. The key points of treatment, this study summarized the latest and most representative literature on acupuncture treatment of EMs in recent years. The results show that the intervention of external acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine effectively improves the efficiency and recurrence rate of the treatment. . |
