| 衰老是一个不可逆过程,有关于衰老的学说较多,但虚实夹杂是其基本特征。其虚者多为脾肾的阳气亏虚,实者多为瘀血的阻滞,均是通过影响气血精津的输布而发挥作用,且虚实之间常相互影响。“双固一通”针法是在《内经》《伤寒》“治未病”理念的指导下产生的一种外治疗法,“双固”重在补益脾肾而固护先天及后天之本,“一通”重在直捣病处以清除瘀血,分别针对脾肾阳虚及血瘀的病因进行治疗,配伍严谨,疗效显著。文章即从阳虚与瘀血的关系、阳虚血瘀与衰老的关系、“双固一通”的内涵等方面,对双固一通—阳虚血瘀—延缓衰老这一关系轴进行梳理,藉此探讨“双固一通”针法延缓衰老的机制。 |

| Senescence is an irreversible process, and there are many theories about its formation mechanism, and mixed excess and deficiency is fundamental feature. The deficiency is mostly yang-qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, and the excess is mostly blood stasis’ obstruction, all of which play a role by affecting the distribution of qi, blood body fluid and essence, and the deficiency and excess often affect each other. “Shuanggu Yitong” acupuncture method is an external therapy, which generates under the guidance of the concept of "treating disease before" in Huangdi Neijing and Treatise On Febrile Diseases. "Shuanggu" emphasis on benefit spleen and kidney and protect essence of nature and nurture, "Yitong" emphasis on direct to the disease site and remove blood stasis, treatment for the cause of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis respectively, compatibility is rigorous, curative effect is remarkable. This article is tease the relationship axis of Shuanggu Yitong—yang deficiency and blood stasis—delay senescence by analyzing the relationship between Yang deficiency, blood stasis and senescence, and the connotation of “Shuanggu Yitong” acupuncture method, whereby discusses the mechanism of “Shuanggu Yitong” acupuncture method to delay senescence. |
