      目的:观察火针配合康复训练对网球肘的临床疗效,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:符合纳入标准的肱骨外上髁炎(网球肘)患者80例,随机分为综合治疗组和对照组各40例。综合治疗组采用火针配合康复训练进行治疗,对照组采用激素局部封闭的治疗方法。治疗2周后,观察两组患者的临床疗效,对比治疗前后肘关节功能评分、握力和炎症因子——TNF-α和IL-6的水平。结果:综合治疗组痊愈17例、有效18例和无效5例,有效率87.5%(35/40);对照组痊愈10例、有效19例和无效11例,有效率72.5(29/40)。两组患者的有效率比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者肘关节功能评分、握力均升高,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05);且综合治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的TNF-α和IL-6的水平均得到改善(P<0.05),但综合治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:火针配合康复训练治疗网球肘的疗效肯定,能明显改善患者的肘功能,其可能的作用机制是降低炎症水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To observe the clinical effect of fire needle combined with rehabilitation training on tennis elbow and explore its possible mechanism. Methods: 80 patients with external epicondylitis of humerus (tennis elbow) who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into comprehensive treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The comprehensive treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with rehabilitation training, while the control group was treated with hormone local blocking. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the elbow function score, grip strength and inflammatory factors - TNF-alpha and IL-6 levels were compared before and after treatment. Results: In the comprehensive treatment group, 17 cases were cured, 18 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 87.5% (35/40); in the control group, 10 cases were cured, 19 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 72.5 (29/40). There was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the elbow joint function score and grip strength of the two groups increased significantly compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the comprehensive treatment group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in both groups were improved (P < 0.05), but the improvement in the comprehensive treatment group was more significant (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Fire needle combined with rehabilitation training is effective in treating tennis elbow, which can significantly improve the elbow function of patients, and its possible mechanism is to reduce the level of inflammation.
