| 目的：观察针刺疲劳组穴对气血两虚型癌因性疲乏患者的有效性和安全性。方法：66例CRF患者按照随机数字表分为对照组和针刺组。两组患者皆按原定化疗方案化疗，对照组采取常规对症处置，针刺组采取对症处置+针刺疲劳组穴，每天针刺1次，共治疗7天。在治疗前后使用简易疲乏量表、卡氏评分、中医证候评分评估临床疗效，血常规、生化、尿便常规评估试验的安全性。结果：①简易疲乏量表评分：治疗后两组患者的疲劳程度、疲劳影响及BFI总分较前皆有降低（P均＜0.01），但针刺组评分改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）；②卡氏评分：针刺疲劳组穴后患者卡氏评分明显提高（P＜0.05），改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）；③中医证候评分：针刺组的气血两虚证候总评分改善优于对照组（P＜0.05），其中失眠症状改善较为明显（P＜0.05）；④安全性分析：治疗后两组血小板、血红蛋白皆有一定的下降趋势，针刺组中性粒细胞百分比具有升高趋势（P＜0.05），肝肾功及尿便常规未见明显异常。结论：针刺疲劳组穴可有效缓解患者化疗后的疲劳症状，改善患者气血两虚型相关中医证候，提高生存质量。 |

| Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture at Fatigue Group Points in treating Cancer-Related Fatigue of qi and blood deficiency. Method: 66 patients with cancer-related fatigue were randomly divided into control group and acupuncture group according to the random number table. Both groups received chemotherapy according to the original chemotherapy regimen. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment, while the acupuncture group received acupuncture at Fatigue Group Points on the basis of the control group. Treatment was given once a day for 7 days. The BFI-Chinese Version, Karnofsky Performance Status, TCM syndrome score were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy, as well as the safety of the blood routine, urine routine, feces routine and biochemical test before and after treatment. Results: ①BFI-Chinese Version: After treatment, the fatigue degree, the effect of fatigue and the total fatigue score of the patients in the two groups were lower than before (P < 0.01). But the acupuncture group score improvement was better than the control group (P < 0.05); ②Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS): KPS of patients after acupuncture at Fatigue Group Points was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the improvement was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).③TCM syndrome score: The improvement of TCM syndromes in the acupuncture group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05) and the improvement of insomnia was more obvious.④Safety analysis: Platelet and hemoglobin decreased after treatment in both groups. The percentage of neutrophils in the acupuncture group increased (P<0.05), and there was no obvious abnormality in liver and kidney function and urine routine, feces routine. Conclusion: Acupuncture at Fatigue Group Points can effectively alleviate the fatigue symptoms of patients after chemotherapy, improve the quality of life, and improve the TCM syndromes related to qi and blood deficiency. |
