| 目的：收集整理2014-2019年近代期刊中以针灸为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的期刊文献,分析其临床选穴规律及特点,探索其高频腧穴以及穴位之间的关联关系。方法：检索文献,对入选的文献进行规范化处理,提取相关信息、建立EXCEL表,应用开源软件包R3.5.3对数据进行分析。结果：纳入文献共183例文献,涉及腧穴数为83个,主要以风池、夹脊穴、百会、天柱为主；涉及经脉以督脉为主,频数达235次；选穴主要以头颈部和四肢部为主,多选用交会穴和五输穴；配伍及关联规则方面,主要以风池为基本,进行搭配和关联。结论：运用关联规则挖掘技术,能够较好的揭示近年来使用针灸为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的选穴规律,为临床治疗提供确实可行的选择。 |

| Objective: Collect and sort out the literature of modern journals from 2014 to 2019 on the treatment of CSR mainly by Acupuncture , analyze its clinical acupoint selection rules and characteristics, and explore its high-frequency acupoints and the relationship between acupoints. Methods: Literature was retrieved, the selected documents were processed standardizatively, relevant information was extracted, EXCEL table was established, and data were analyzed by open source software package R3.5.3. Results: A total of 183 literatures were included, involving 83 acupoints, mainly Fengchi, Jiaji, Baihui and Tianzhu; the main channels involved were Du meridians, with a frequency of 235 times; the main acupoints were head and neck and extremities, mostly Jiaohui acupoints and Wushu acupoints; the compatibility and association rules were mainly based on Fengchi acupoints, making matches and associations. Conclusion: Using association rule mining technology can better reveal the regularity of acupoint selection in the CSR''s treatment mainly by Acupuncture in recent years, and provide a feasible choice for clinical treatment. |
