      目的:观察不同频率电针内关穴对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护效应,及对心肌组织中M<sub>2</sub>AChR、α7nAChR的影响。方法:将32只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、低频电针组、高频电针组,采用结扎冠状动脉前降支(LAD)的方法制备模型,电针刺激于术前7日进行。观察心电图(ECG) ST段幅值的变化,并检测大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH的水平,检测大鼠左室心肌组织中M<sub>2</sub>毒蕈碱M<sub>2</sub>受体(M<sub>2</sub>AChR)、α7烟碱受体(α7nAChR)的表达。结果:低频电针组结扎后30min的心电图ST段、血清CK-MB、LDH的水平均较模型组显著降低(P<0.01,或P<0.05),左室心肌组织中M<sub>2</sub>AChR、α7nAChR的表达显著增加(P<0.01,或P<0.05)。高频电针组未观察到上述效应。结论:低频电针预处理能够减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤,并可上调心肌组织中M<sub>2</sub>AChR、α7nAChR的表达。

      Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at PC6 acupoint with different frequency on the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and the expression of M<sub>2</sub>AChR and α7nAChR in the left ventricular tissue. Methods: The 32 rats were grouped into sham operation group, model group, low-frequency electroacupunture group and high-frequency electroacupucture group. Ligation of LAD was adopted to establish the model, and electroacupuncture was conducted for 7 days before the operation. The amplitudes of the ECG ST segments, the serum CK-MB and LDH level and the relative expression of M<sub>2</sub>AChR and α7nAChR in the left ventricular tissues were tested. Results: The amplitudes of the ECG ST segments 30min after ligation were decreased significantly (P<0.01), and the serum CK-MB and LDH level were reduced significantly in the low-frequency electroacupunture group (P<0.05). The relative expression of M<sub>2</sub>AChR and α7nAChR in the left ventricular tissues were increased significantly (P<0.05, or P<0.01) in the low-frequency electroacupuncture group. But all above effects were not observed in the high-frequency electroacupuncture group. Conclusion: Low-frequency electroacupuncture at PC6 acupoint could alleviate the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and up-regulate the relative expression of M<sub>2</sub>AChR and α7nAChR in the left ventricular tissues.
