| 介绍名老中医吴旭教授运用针灸疗法治疗儿童交替性偏瘫的临证经验。吴老以经络辨证为主导,结合脏腑理论,提出“三阴为本,虚风为标”的病因病机观,脏经结合,运用特色维筋选穴,针刺配穴匠心独出,强调“和于阴阳”、“治神养神”,用于治疗儿童交替性偏瘫取得显著疗效。 |

| This paper introduces the clinical experience of professor WuXu, an old famous doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using acupuncture to treat a child with alternating hemiplegia. Guided by syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals and combined with Zang-Fu theory, Wu put forward the view of etiology and pathogenesis of ‘three Yin as the basis and weak wind as the secondary’, as well as Zang in combination with meridians and collaterals,selected points with characteristic Wei-Jin theory, uniquely using adjunct acupuncture points, emphasized ‘harmony between Yin and Yang’ and ‘treating the spirit and nourishing the spirit’, which was used to treat the child with alternating hemiplegia and achieved remarkable curative effect. |
