| 目的：研究舌三针联合翳风透喉结治疗中风合并吞咽困难患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年5月~2019年5 月于我院接受治疗并确诊的中风合并吞咽吧困难患者126例,采用随机数字表法分为针疗组和对照组各63例,对照组患者接受常规治疗,针疗组在对照组基础上实施舌三针+翳风透喉结疗法,治疗一个月后评价两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)评分、吞咽困难评分、吞咽障碍程度评分(VGF)及洼田吞咽能力。结果：针疗组总有效率(88.89%)明显高于对照组(71.43%)(P＜0.05)；治疗前,两组NIHSS评分、吞咽困难及VGF评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后,两组NIHSS评分与治疗前比较显著下降,吞咽困难及VGF评分评分显著增大(P＜0.05),对照组NIHSS评分明显高于针疗组,吞咽困难及VGF评分明显低于针疗组(P＜0.05)；治疗前,两组患者洼田吞咽能力等级比较无显著差异(P＞0.05)；治疗后,两组患者洼田吞咽能力等级较治疗前显著提高(P＜0.05),针疗组患者洼田吞咽能力等级显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：舌三针联合翳风透喉结治疗中风合并吞咽困难疗效确切,能有效改善患者神经缺损及吞咽障碍,提高吞咽能力。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of tongue triple acupuncture combined with Yifeng through larynx for patients with stroke combined with dysphagia. Methods 126 stroke patients with dysphagia in our hospital from May 2017 to may 2019 were enrolled, and randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group with 63 cases in each group. Control group received the routine treatment, while the acupuncture group received the tongue triple acupuncture combined with Yifeng through larynx. The clinical efficacy, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, dysphagia score, degree of dysphagia score (VGF) and Kubota Water Swallow Test (WST) of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.89% vs 71.43%, P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in NIHSS score, dysphagia score, VGF score and WST grades between the two groups (P>0.05); After treatment, NIHSS score was decreased in both groups, and was higher in the acupuncture group than in the control group (P<0.05), meanwhile, the dysphagia score, VGF score and WST grades were increased in both groups, and were higher in the acupuncture group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of tongue triple acupuncture combined with Yifeng through larynx can effectively ameliorate the neurological defects and swallowing disorders, and improve swallowing ability for patients with stroke combined with dysphagia. |
