| 【目的】观察隔盐灸神阙穴联合深刺八髎穴对轻中度产后压力性尿失禁（PSUI）的临床疗效。【方法】将72例轻中度PSUI患者用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各36例，对照组予深刺八髎穴，试验组在对照组基础上于针刺结束后予神阙穴隔盐灸，比较两组国际尿失禁顾问委员会尿失禁调查表（ICI-Q-SF）评分、1小时尿垫试验漏尿、尿失禁生存质量量表（I-QOL）评分。【结果】最终完成试验组35例、对照组33例，均无严重不良反应；治疗后，两组ICI-Q-SF评分、1h尿垫实验漏尿量、I-QOL评分均明显改善（p＜0.05），且试验组优于对照组（p＜0.05）；试验组、对照组的总有效率分别为85.71%、66.61%，治愈率分别为20.00%、6.06%，试验组均高于对照组（p＜0.05）。【结论】隔盐灸联合深刺八髎穴治疗轻中度PSUI疗效优于单纯深刺八髎穴，安全性较好，可有效改善尿失禁症状、提高患者生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of salt-separated moxibustion at Shenque point combined with deep needling at Biliao point on mild to moderate postpartum stress urinary incontinence (PSUI). Methods A total of 72 patients with mild to moderate PSUI were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 36 cases in each. Salt moxibustion was used to compare the International Urinary Incontinence Advisory Committee Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire (ICI-Q-SF) score, 1-hour urine pad test urine leakage, and Urinary Incontinence Quality of Life Scale (I-QOL) score between the two groups. Results Finally, 35 cases in the experimental group and 33 cases in the control group were completed, and there were no serious adverse reactions; after treatment, the ICI-Q-SF score, 1-hour urine leakage volume and I-QOL score of the two groups were significantly improved (p<0.05) , and the experimental group was better than the control group (p<0.05); the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 85.71% and 66.61%, respectively, and the cure rates were 20.00% and 6.06%, respectively. The experimental group was higher than the experimental group (p <0.05). Conclusion Salt-partitioned moxibustion combined with deep needling at Bailiao acupoint for mild to moderate PSUI is more effective than deep needling at bailiao acupoint alone, with better safety, and can effectively improve urinary incontinence symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients. |
