| 目的：通过分析针灸治疗肥胖的相关研究,总结该领域的基本情况、研究热点及发展趋势。方法：检索Wed of Science(WOS)数据库中1985-2022年的针灸治疗肥胖研究,采用Citespace V5.8 R3和 VOSviewer 1.6.18,对国家、机构、作者、关键词、共被引文献进行可视化分析。结果：共纳入570篇文献,时间从2011-2022年；发文量最多的国家是中国,机构是北京中医药大学；针灸治疗肥胖的热点干预措施有针刺和电针；热点研究疾病有腹型肥胖、膝骨性关节炎、多囊卵巢综合征等；热点研究机制包括胰岛素抵抗、瘦素、肠道菌群等。结论：针灸治疗肥胖仍是针灸临床RCT的热点研究方向。其应用不仅限于减重,还可以改善肥胖相关疾病,在妇科、生殖科、骨科以及肿瘤科方面均有一定程度的疗效。未来对于低频电针以及相关机制方面可以开展更深入的研究,临床RCT的质量仍需加强。 |

| Objective: To summarize the basic situation, research hotspots and development trends in this field by analyzing the studies related to acupuncture for the treatment of obesity. Methods: The Wed of Science (WOS) database was searched for studies on acupuncture for obesity from 1985 to 2022. Citespace V5.8 R3 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 were used to visually analyze countries, institutions, co-cited literature, and so on. Results: A total of 570 literatures were included, ranging from 2011 to 2022; China is the country with the largest number of publications, meanwhile, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the most publications; the hot interventions of acupuncture for the treatment of obesity included acupuncture and electroacupuncture; the hot research diseases included abdominal obesity, knee osteoarthritis, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc; the hot research mechanisms included insulin resistance, leptin, gut microbiota and so on. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of obesity is still a hot research direction of acupuncture clinical RCT. Its role is not limited to weight loss, reducing the risk of obesity, but also can improve obesity-related diseases, in gynecology, reproductive, orthopedic and oncology have a certain degree of curative effect. In the future, further studies on low-frequency electroacupuncture and related mechanisms can be carried out, and the quality of clinical RCTs still needs to be strengthened. |
