| 目的：围绕针刺对自主神经干预的文献进行可视化分析,探索近30年来有关针刺干预自主神经系统的进程热点以及未来发展趋势。方法：以中国科学引文数据库（CSCD）和Web of Science数据库为来源,利用citespace软件对检索出的1991年1月至2022年11月收录的中英文文献分别进行可视化分析。结果：纳入中文文献298篇，英文文献340篇，中文发文量最大的机构是中国中医科学院针灸研究所(23篇)，英文发文量最大的机构是韩国庆熙大学(22篇)。结论：自主神经系统调节是针刺机制研究的重要方向，变应性鼻炎、焦虑抑郁、心律不齐等疾病为未来研究热点。 |

| Objective: To conduct a visual analysis of literature on acupuncture""s intervention in the autonomic nervous system, exploring the hot spots of acupuncture intervention in the autonomic nervous system over the past 30 years and the future development trends. Methods: Using the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD) and the Web of Science database as sources, the literature from January 1991 to November 2022 was visually analyzed using the CiteSpace software. Results: The analysis included 298 publications in Chinese and 340 in English. The Chinese institution with the highest number of publications was the Acupuncture Research Institute of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (23 papers), while the English institution with the highest number of publications was Kyung Hee University in South Korea (22 papers). Conclusion: Regulation of the autonomic nervous system is an important direction in acupuncture mechanism research, with allergic rhinitis, anxiety depression, and arrhythmia being the hot spots for future research. |
