      创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)是导致死亡和残疾的常见原因,每年影响数百万人。TBI后会导致一系列代谢和神经化学反应,从而导致继发性损伤。创伤性脑损伤治疗的主要重点是预防继发性损伤。脑肠轴(brain-gut axis,BGA)是大脑和胃肠道的双向调节通道,其作用是维持胃肠道和颅内的动态平衡,与TBI的预后密切相关。鉴于BGA主要由神经,免疫,肠内分泌、血清素和色氨酸五个信号通路组成,我们得出针灸可以作用于自主神经系统、多种神经胶质细胞,胆碱能抗炎通路、多种脑肠肽、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、色氨酸和血清素代谢等途径治疗TBI。本文旨在了解这些机制,了解针灸在颅脑损伤后疾病发展过程中的作用
英文摘要:
      Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a common cause of death and disability, affecting millions of people each year. Post-tbi results in a series of metabolic and neurochemical reactions that can lead to secondary damage. The primary focus of TBI treatment is to prevent secondary injury. Brain-gut axis (BGA) is a bidirectional regulatory channel between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract, and its function is to maintain the dynamic balance of the gastrointestinal tract and the brain, which is closely related to the prognosis of TBI. In view of the fact that BGA is mainly composed of five signaling pathways: nerve, immune, enteroendocrine, serotonin and tryptophan, we conclude that acupuncture can act on the autonomic nervous system, a variety of glial cells, cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, a variety of brain-intestinal peptides, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, tryptophan and serotonin metabolism and other pathways to treat TBI. This paper aims to understand these mechanisms and understand the role of acupuncture in the development of the disease after craniocerebral injury
