Acupuncture and moxibustion is systematically described in Lingshu in Huangdi Neijing. The most detailed description of acupuncture methods is Guanzhen, which records twelve needling , nine needling, five needling and other acupuncture methods, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the development and innovation of modern acupuncture and moxibustion. In order to better understand the theory of twelve needling , understand the application and development of twelve needling in modern clinical practice. Through literature review, the author summarized the theory, operation and modern application of the twelve needling, found that the twelve needling were closely related to the Tiangui needle method, Fu''s subcutaneous needling and toching-bone acupuncture, and made innovations in the aspects of needles and indications. It can be seen that twelve needling are widely used in clinical application, which is worthy of further exploration and innovation by scholars, so as to better serve clinical application. |
