| 目的：评价不同电针方案治疗PHN的镇痛效应，为临床医生治疗PHN提供参考。方法：2017年6月至2021年6月间于陕西省中医医院招募的90例PHN患者作为研究对象，随机分为为电针组、电针+叩刺拔罐组和电针+铺棉灸组，各30例。三组均以10d为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程，每次治疗前记录前一天视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分，每次治疗后记录疼痛开始缓解时间、镇痛持续时间，并于第90d对患者再次进行VAS评分。结果：三组电针方案均具有疗效，且治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前，电针+扣刺拔罐组优于其他2组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；三组疼痛开始缓解时间随着针刺治疗次数的增加逐渐缩短，具有下降趋势，三组镇痛持续时间随着针刺治疗次数的增加逐渐延长具有上升趋势，且电针+叩刺拔罐组优于其他2组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：3种电针方案比较，电针+叩刺拔罐组可以更好、更快的镇痛，且维持时间更长。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the analgesic effects of different electroacupunctu-re regimens in the treatment of PHN and provide reference for clinical doctors in treating PHN. Methods: 90 PHN patients recruited from Shaanxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between June 2017 and June 2021 were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group, an electroacupuncture combined with tapping and cupping group, and an electroacupuncture plus cotton moxibustion group, with 30 cases in each group. All three groups were treated for a total of 3 courses, with 10 days as one course. Before each treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score was recorded the day before, and after each treatment, the start time of pain relief and the duration of pain relief were recorded. The patients were re-evaluated with VAS score on the 90th day. Results: All three groups of electroacupuncture regimens had therapeutic effects, and the VAS score after treatment was lower than before treatment. The electroacup-uncture combined with tapping and cupping group was better than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The time for pain relief in the three groups gradually shortened with the increase of acupuncture treatment times, showing a downward trend. The duration of pain relief in the three groups gradually extended with the increase of acupuncture treatment times, showing an upward trend. Moreover,the electroacupuncture combined with tapping and cupping group was superior to the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the three electroacupuncture schemes, the electroacupu-ncture combined with tapping and cupping group can provide better and faster analgesic effect, and maintain it for a longer time. |
