| 目的 探究“新八髎”针刺联合督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究。 方法 按简单随机化分组法将2021年1月-2022年6月期间就诊的血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组接受督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗治疗；观察组接受“新八髎”针刺联合督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗，均连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效和治疗后12个月时的复发情况，比较治疗前和治疗后12个月时的中医证候积分、荨麻疹控制情况[荨麻疹控制评分（UCT）]、炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-17（IL-17）]和生活质量[中国版慢性荨麻疹生活质量问卷（CU-Q2oL）]评分。 结果 观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组的复发率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后12个月时，两组患者的中医证候积分、CRP、IL-4、IL-17和CU-Q2oL评分较治疗前显著降低，且观察组低于同期对照组（P均<0.05）；两组患者的UCT评分较治疗前显著提高，且观察组高于同期对照组（P均<0.05）。 结论 “新八髎”针刺联合督脉刺络放血拔罐在治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹方面具有显著的疗效。这种疗法不仅可以有效地缓解症状，还能降低患者体内炎症因子的水平，显著改善患者的生活质量，有效避免复发情况。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical study of acupuncture at “Xinbaliao acupoints” combined with governor vessel pricking bloodletting cupping in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods According to the simple randomization grouping method, patients with chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness type from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received governor vessel pricking bloodletting cupping treatment, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture at “Xinbaliao acupoints” combined with governor vessel pricking bloodletting cupping, and both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The clinical efficacy and recurrence at 12 months after treatment and TCM syndromes scores, urticaria control status [urticaria control test (UCT)], inflammatory factors [C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-17 (IL-17)] and quality of life [Chinese version of chronic urticaria quality of life questionnaire (CU-Q2oL)] before treatment and at 12 months after treatment were compared between both groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05), and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). At 12 months after treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes and levels of CRP, IL-4, IL-17 and CU-Q2oL were significantly declined in the two groups than those before treatment, and the scores and levels in observation group were lower (all P<0.05). The UCT score in the two groups was significantly enhanced compared with that before treatment, and the observation group had higher score (all P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at “Xinbaliao acupoints” combined with governor vessel pricking bloodletting cupping has a significant efficacy in the treatment of chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness type. This therapy can not only effectively relieve symptoms, but also reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, significantly improve quality of life, and effectively avoid recurrence. |
